Lets be honest, most contractors aren’t businesses men. Period.

And I don’t mean to offend, but I’m simply being honest.

My team and I built a 7 figure business in a very small niche within the kitchen remodeling space within 24 months and quickly learned that MANY contractors aren’t hungry enough to take on a few extra jobs a month, let alone build a construction business that can handle more clients and essentially make WAY more money than they would just doing everything themselves.

We Started Our Business In The Back Of A 2007 Toyota Camry…

It was a tuesday afternoon when my dad called me after being retired for a few months from 25 years of being a general contractor…

He was BORED out of his mind…

He knew that I was working on building my own marketing firm and knew that I had been able to help local businesses begin to generate more traffic to their brick and mortar locations…

He told me that he only wanted to do 1-2 kitchens per month, just to keep him busy and to keep a little extra money flowing in.

After building the website and launching our first campaign, we were off to the races…

Within the first 3 days, this brand new site generated it’s first paying customer of $1,500… Pretty cool, we thought, especially with only spending $90 in advertising.

But then something weird happened…

A few days after that, another client came in…

and then another…

and another…

And soon enough he was out of control busy with no team or system in place to facilitate the rapid growth…

I know, its a good problem to have…

But, at that point he was stressed out of his mind and wished he had stayed retired!

He kept telling me to “turn that internet shit off” (in an old man voice lol)…

but me being me, I insisted we figure this thing out…

And that we did…

And after our first year in business, we did just under $750k in sales…

And as of writing this, we’re in our second year of business and are on track of 1.5 million in sales…

1.5 million in sales… Most contractors will NEVER do that kind of volume…

The reason being is most contractors have never been taught how to scale a business because the mindset of doing all the work yourself has been ingrained into so many of them…

And like I did initially, most contractors don’t believe that such a business is scalable beyond their own reach, so they never even try… (changing this belief was CRUCIAL for our business)

But those beliefs are far from the truth…
